The Contract of Purchase and Sale is one of the key documents used in a real estate transaction. The British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA) has created this video for REALTORS® to share with their clients to help explain this document. The CPS outlines the terms and conditions of the real estate transaction and is usually prepared by the real estate professional representing the buyer.
